If I were to die unexpectedly the 4specs website and discussion forum would continue to run with no updating or advertising renewals. The hosting and domain management fees would be drawn from the corporate checking account as long as needed until someone else took over. I maintain an operations manual describing how I maintain 4specs and the passwords to the web server and email accounts and financial accounts. This operations manual includes people to contact to discuss what is needed for 4specs to run into the future and to set up a sale or new manager. That said, I am 76 years old and am in great shape. I intend to run 4specs for a long time. I appreciate the continued mental challenge as it keeps me alert and financially solid. When I take vacation time off I am reminded of the benefits of mental challenges and staying in good shape physically.
