I got a surprise on the Owens Corning Website. It no longer issues Safety Data Sheets. They do issue something called "Safe-Use Instruction Sheet" and claim that the product qualifies as an "Article" and does not need a Safety Data Sheet.

What's going on?

Are other building product companies doing the same thing?

Are you specifying submittal of Safe-Use Instruction Sheets instead of Safety Data Sheets?

Does any of this matter?

Can I crawl back into my hole and specify "MSDS" again?
