Hi - anyone have issues w/ HPL compartments delaminating in high humidity areas? I see that ASI/Global has a proprietary "Moisture Guard" that supposedly helps with this issue, but not sure if any other companies offer something similar? |

Robin, I never had that problem. Countertops tend to be "high humidity" and seldom have delamination problems. For something like a shower room, where there is frequently a high-humidity condition, I would specify solid plastic material, (e.g. phenolic). Ed Storer, CSI Member Emeritus |
