Looking for a rounded corner framing piece. We are creating a plexiglass shield at a nurse station in behavioral health and need a corner that violent patients can't hurt themselves on. I am having a hard time finding an extrusion.

Look at display systems for retail and trade shows. Here is one, and there are others.

Russ, are you looking for anti-ligature configurations or just rounded framing?

Something like this? https://www.alufabinc.com/product/25mm-quarter-round-t-slotted-aluminum-framing-extrusion/

I think they can make full round as well as quarter round.

Try an aluminum extruder like https://eagle-aluminum.com/. They have lots of shapes in their backlist.

You can always design your own member geometry. While there is the cost of producing a custom extrusion die. My understanding is the the cost is relatively modest. Check with an aluminum extruder.
