I found one 10 year old mention. Our client is looking for alternatives to Swiss Pearl. Good Product? Do they deliver as needed?

I might have been that 10 year old reference. I did a large school project in Oakland California with CeraClad. It has performed well, was easy to detail and install, and is well represented (at least here locally) with good product reps that are engaged and participate in local CSI events. The biggest thing I remember from its use is the need to capture the ends with trims, because the cut ends are quite raw.

Hi Phil. I heard of them when I was at ZGF but never used them.

Considering the issues I've been seeing with mold growth on some other fiber cement panels, the ceramic coating sounds interesting. If they have a history in the PNW region where I would think mold is an issue, perhaps some of the folks up there can see how these panels are holding up. I could use a good FC panel in my arsenal.

Looks like an interesting product. Do they have a factory in the Western hemisphere, or does it have to be shipped from Japan (lead time)?

I have specifed Ceraclad on some of my multi-family projects. It is an upgrade to Hardie Board. So far I have had no issues.
