Does anyone know of a good concrete expert in the Pacific Northwest area (or anywhere in the western U.S.)? A client is looking for some advice on a project. Thanks.

The firm that comes to mind is Wiss Janney Elstner Associates, Inc. Unfortunately, my contacts have either moved to other firms or other WJE offices.

If it's for issues using PLC cements, let us all know how it was resolved.

Whoever said this was a one-to-one replacement was obviously making money off it and not taking responsibility for the fallout.

Of course, that is my personal opinion, not a statement by current, past, or future employers.

David:

That is the firm doing the envelope consulting for my client. After I posted this request, my client told me that WJE has contacted a forensic concrete specialist they know and is getting advice from them.

Thanks.

Ron:

Please let us know what concrete forensic firm was selected. Also, if you are at liberty to say, what the concrete problem was the issue.

Thanks.
