Our younger son has rescued a marble bench from our church (which just closed for good) and will be putting it somewhere in their yard in Iowa. Any suggestions/dos or don'ts/guidelines/things to consider that he should know? Thanks. |

Have him checkout genealogy websites under care and cleaning of grave stones. "Fast is good, but accurate is better." .............Wyatt Earp |

Check out National Park Services. They have instruction on how to clean marble grave stones. Also, check out the NPS documents on Historic Preservation. I am sure there is something there. |
