Reaching out to the hive mind to find out if anyone knows of a clear, Class A fire protective product that can be applied to an exterior CLT soffit (not exposed to the elements)? Thanks! |

Look at Flamestop.com, who offer several products indicated to provide a Class A flame spread and smoke developed rating to exterior lumber. Have others had success with this or other similar products? Phil Kabza FCSI CCS AIA SpecGuy Specifications Consultants www.SpecGuy.com phil@specguy.com |

Can't find specific flame spread info, but I recommend Sansin PC SDF Naturals Topcoat for Soffit locations. Product Data says it is flame resistant, but doesn't say specific class. |
