Anyone out there using Conspectus Cloud as their spec platform? Thoughts? |

I hope some Conspectus Cloud users monitor this forum and will answer. Meanwhile, as Conspectus owner, I will try to help. I just checked our records. Conspectus Cloud has over 1,100 users. It is designed for entire project teams, not individuals. Teams have embraced the software with as many 75 individuals participating on one large project. Conspectus Cloud is well-proven as our sole spec authoring tool since 2018 helping us produce more than 150 projects each year.

I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Conspectus Cloud (thank you, David & colleagues) and I must say that I was impressed. It does everything you could possibly want it to do, and it does it all in the "cloud" so it's easily accessible from anywhere.
I do not use it in my current position, but I was intrigued. |

We are currently on a test drive and so far I am impressed. It is a lot more user-friendly than other cloud-based spec software I've worked with and provides most of what I'm looking for. Additionally David and Conspectus is very responsive when I have questions.
Does it do everything that the others do? Maybe not everything but it does what I need for it to do. There is, of course, a learning curve.
The clock is ticking so we need to make some decisions but so far I've enjoyed working with C Cloud and with the Conspectus team.

We are also on a test drive on a few projects, since losing our primary specifier. So far, I am impressed with Elias Saltz, who we have been working with on my project. It still requires quite a bit of my time as a liaison between the consultants, our designers and CONPSECTUS, but so far, I too am impressed.
