Thought I'd start a thread for spec sections people want to "borrow" - although unlike the library, I'm not sure you can return them.

I don't have a spec for irrigation (waiting for designer to tell me which kind, e.g. drip, or sprinkler - UFGS has this type).

Also maintenance of landscape plantings, but I could probably write one for that.

Chris, Isn't there a landscape architect on your project?

There is, but spec writing was somehow excluded from their scope. At least I became aware of this before the spec consulting agreement was signed, and the architect wanted me to add it to my scope and adjust the fee accordingly.

"the architect wanted me to add it to my scope and adjust the fee accordingly"

At that point, I'd add a year subscription to MasterSpec (or SpecText or SpecLink) onto my proposal.
