Thought I'd start a thread for spec sections people want to "borrow" - although unlike the library, I'm not sure you can return them. I don't have a spec for irrigation (waiting for designer to tell me which kind, e.g. drip, or sprinkler - UFGS has this type). Also maintenance of landscape plantings, but I could probably write one for that. |

There is, but spec writing was somehow excluded from their scope. At least I became aware of this before the spec consulting agreement was signed, and the architect wanted me to add it to my scope and adjust the fee accordingly. |
