Liz's comments above are helpful. Stone and pipe under the structure; PVC piping up to roof. Make allowance for later addition of power venting to exhaust out mechanically if the venting alone still leaves detectable radon. Fantech has inline fans and information on power exhausting.

Greta's sobering comment above suggests we stay away from methane issues; radon is simpler.
