Does anyone have a spec for refinishing transparent finished wood components? I'm working on a former law firm space and it seems almost criminal to replace very nice wood doors & hardware with new wood doors & hardware just because the new tenant wants a different look. Is there an economical approach to refinishing?
Same question for wood paneling and casework.

I don't have it and I wish I did. But what I did was I started with the MasterSpecs Maintenance Repainting spec as a basic outline, and chatted on the phone for a long time with one of the woodworkers that we did a lot of work with.

I REALLY wish I had still had it!
