When Owner/Contractor agreement is Cost of Work plus Fee GMP, would it be appropriate to specify the use of typical G702 progress payment form?

Also, is it appropriate to include in the Payment Procedures section a List of Values - in the context of Cost Plus / GMP?

If you are using A133–2009, "Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price". Refer to CM's responsibilities. Note that owners often have their own forms.

If CM organization is on board early, they can assist a/e and owner with determination of appropriate forms and procedures.
