When Owner/Contractor agreement is Cost of Work plus Fee GMP, would it be appropriate to specify the use of typical G702 progress payment form? |

Also, is it appropriate to include in the Payment Procedures section a List of Values - in the context of Cost Plus / GMP? |

If you are using A133–2009, "Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price". Refer to CM's responsibilities. Note that owners often have their own forms. If CM organization is on board early, they can assist a/e and owner with determination of appropriate forms and procedures. |
