Typically, what should be included? An example would be: "First floor garage and public spaces, second floor outdoor public spaces, 140 housing units on second through fifth floors, and all street level exterior improvements." This is especially useful on projects with phased delivery. It allows you to delinate exactly what is being accepted at this time. Hope that helps.
