I have a situation where a Contractor installed cubicle curtain tracks for a patient room directly to the grid. Not a problem. It was installed so that it is two inches from one headboard and 2'-4" from the next headboard. Problem.
To make this problem worse, the tracks were screwed directly to the main runners, not the t-bars. Moving them isn't a problem, the hole that is left behind in the main is the problem.
My question to all of you is;
Does anyone know of a product(s) that can be used to patch that screw hole and not make it look like a patch?
I would really like to help the Contractor out here, but have a feeling that they are going to be replacing some mains. |

But as we discussed earlier today at lunch, you may end up redoing the whole grid to make it look acceptable. |

My opinion is that the contractor erred, and should replace the grid. If they want to take the time to do the research and test an acceptable alternate, maybe you can give it consideration. |
