Has anyone used this product? We have a request from a certified precast plant to use this in lieu of polyiso for insulated precast sandwich panels.

http://www.neopor.basf.us/

It has a slightly lower R value (3) and a lower cost (hence the request to use it).

Any experience / thoughts / comments?

I've always had positive experiences with BASF products. A go-to resource who you may know is Vickie Enloe of KC Chapter (I think she table topped at one of the recent NCR conferences). She doesn't cover your area, and may not rep this particular BASF product, but she can certainly put you in contact with the right people at BASF who will give you the straight story. She's listed in the CSI directory.
