I searched all the firms listed at 4Specs.com. I would appreciate of any of all y'all out there know of other sources for a one way mirror film. Every other manufacture listed has films for solar, security, blast-resistance, ballistic resistance, break and enter resistance, Miami-Dade County resistance. The coating is applied during the glass manufacturing process. Lighting must be much darker on the observer's side than in the room being observed for these products to work. I'd suggest looking at transmittance and reflectance values for one-way glass and see how the films compare. Then talk to the technical reps for the film. You could get samples and compare them to "one way" glass under simulated lighting conditions. It seems like this should be possible.
