For the past 10 years we have specified one of 3 manufacturers for deck coatings on SFL work - Carlisle, Tremco, or Neogard. Granted there are many others, but we have had continued success with these manufacturers, esp on condo work. We will add Sika Sarnafil to our approved roster....strike two for deck coating manufacturers, first it was 3M, now Carlisle, so who will be next to fall to the SFL monster? If you liked the products when they were owned by Carlisle, why should they be a problem when owned by Pecora? I have found Pecora's products to be acceptable. Jerome J. The current Carlisle rep is not going to Pecora, and I am sure that in a year of two Prcora will have a competent experienced (w/carlisle) rep on the job, but since a lot of my work in the past has been Condo work, I am not looking for new products or manufacturers; also several So FL Waterproofing Consultants agree...I hope the transition is smooth for Pecora, as I very much like carlisle deck coatings.
