I am looking for information in an area of work that we do not typically do. Does anyone have experience and preferences for any particular residential railing system, either composite or vinyl? It is for replacement railings (to include everything except pressure treated posts which will need sleeves) at a residential condo complex. Thanks.

I have all the vinyl railings listed in the residential railing section to include apartments, condos and 3-story motels.
