A client wants to use a vinyl mesh product manufactured from Textilene as a shading element on the parking garage, the mesh will have pre-printed images acting as graphics for the building. This mesh product will be fabricated by a Banner Fabricator, where would this be specified in Division 10 I assume, as a Sign or as Sun Control?

Use sun control, that is the main purpose of the material. The graphics are secondary.

My bad, its not a shading element, purely graphics, decorative - its a PG, nothing to shade.
