HELP! What MF number would this be and where do I find a specification section for taking old structural wood, sawing it into planks, and hanging it on an interior wall?

Lynn, I'd use 064213 Wood Board paneling. The wood being reclaimed rather than newly harvested does not matter. That is a detail that can be handled by the specifics of the section text.

We developed a 06 42 16 for Reclaimed Wood Paneling. There are a fair number of manufacturer's out there,

I do not see a need to address this issue in the specifications. If the reclaimed wood complied with the standards you specified for new wood then no problem. This may mean that the contractor would have to hire a grader to grade the reclaimed wood but that is his problem. Remember new lumber needs to be graded.
