The wood being reclaimed rather than newly harvested does not matter. That is a detail that can be handled by the specifics of the section text. If the reclaimed wood complied with the standards you specified for new wood then no problem. This may mean that the contractor would have to hire a grader to grade the reclaimed wood but that is his problem. Remember new lumber needs to be graded.
