I hope to read it again later this month, or next, until than perhaps my peers who are knowledgeable of Building Science want to take a look. If you are unable to download it, I have a PDF that I will share upon request. The article outlines 7 basic principles to make homes safe, durable, and energy efficient. From my quick read, it seems to be a good article on the basics of building science, the author is A. Tamasin Sterner (a Home Energy Coach - seriously, seems like there are coaches for everything these days)...Hey Ron maybe you should call yourself a Building Code Coach? I've been looking for such a short article to pass along to my clients to get them interested in Building Science. Perhaps setting off another Lstiburek revival.
