It's RFI week for me!!!
If a rated door assembly is tested by WH (instead of UL), would WH still neet to test (and show compliance with) UL 10c (or is that test only performed by UL)?

As far as I know, Interetek (WH) tests to UL 10(c) and many other standards.

WH needs to test to the standard listed in the code. If the code required UL to perform the test we would have a monopoly. If the Owner wishes to only allow tests per UL and states so in the specification then there is no problem.
