Anyone have experience with specifying polished finish on concrete walls? Couldn't find anything in past 4Spec discussions and have found very little factual information on the internet. Any advice would be appreciated. Sharing any specs would also be appreciated - rwj@jandjconsultants.com. Thanks!! |

Bob- Are you talking about polishing in place, as you might do on a floor, except vertically? Or about the super smooth forming process - extreme tolerances and so forth - such as was done on the Pulitzer Museum here? If the latter, I have an article talking about how it was done. George A. George, I'd like to see the article. I am curious if the Crystal Bridges Museum used a similar process. My email address is ronald-ray@sbcglobal.net |

Sent. I haven't been to Crystal Bridges yet, but my wife and I have it on the short "to do" list for the spring or summer. It's a nice weekend trip from here. George A. Everding AIA CSI CCS CCCA Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies St. Louis, MO |
