My Architect-Client is doing a repaving project for a local housing authority, which is being funded by HUD. The housing authority is not very forthcoming about what is required in the Project Manual. I'm preparing Div 00 and Div 01, while the civil engineer is preparing technical paving documents. Am I right in assuming that the following HUD forms are required: Instructions to Bidders for Contracts, Form HUD 5369-B Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders, Form HUD 5369-A General Conditions of the Contract, Form HUD 5370 Equal Employment Opportunity Certification, Form HUD 92010 I think I have the State requirements under control, but am I missing anything else? Thanks for your help. - |

Lisa, Do you have any contacts at DHCD? They almost certainly can tell you exactly what's needed since this happens all the time. It may vary a bit by state as HUD reaches agreement with various districts and things. I've done it myself, but I can't remember exactly what's needed, but I do remember both sets of wage minimums being included. |
