HA! It's silly.

But, I have a story that's related.

Some architecture firms aren't quite sure what the professional obligations of an architect are, because they aren't very good at them.

These firms are the firms that are more likely to accept responsibility for scopes of work that lie outside the normal expertise of an architect, because they are just as unskilled at THAT work as they are at the work they're SUPPOSED to be doing.

They don't know where they are, because they don't know where they aren't.

I believe that the Alan Greenspan quote was spoken by Robert McCloskey, a State Department spokesman during the Vietnam war.

Actually I had heard it attributed to Richard Nixon as well. Never believe anything you find online.

The missile seems to know where it is and where it is not, but the missile never seems to know where it wants to go, i.e. the target.
