The name behind my moniker here (promart611-that threw Colin into confusion;)is Marcel Vatasescu. I am a, umm, seasoned architectural professional based in Toronto, Canada but currently working as a Senior Architect for CH2M Hill in Doha, Qatar. I have been dabbing seriously in the matter for about 10 years now, and the interest has been growing steadily. But there is so much more to learn... so I came here to listen and learn and maybe post sometiomes like now, when I desperately need some info on arcane specs like 099423-Gilding or sections that didn't make it into the MF04 I have, last updated in 2007, like 120100-Operation and Maintenance of Furnishings. Unfortunately I can't help you on the two spec sections you seek, but there are many others here who may be able to. I have never had the opportunity to specify Gilding, but many moons ago I took a short course in it, fascinating stuff. I wonder how big a place Doha is?
