Greetings,
I'm a (former) project architect & project manager, with HOLT Architects in Ithaca NY and ZGF in Seattle WA (hello Marc Chavez!). Registered architect in WA, NY and RI.
I've recently relocated to Providence, RI and am shifting gears a bit - opening my own firm. I intend to do architectural design (still) and also do technical consulting for other architecture firms, including spec writing. Thusly, I've landed here.
I apologize in advance for what will probably be a string of questions...and promise to search before I post...
...would like to make contact with other spec writers & architects in my area & am open for business if anyone wishes to collaborate or send things my way. |

David. The Rhode Island chapter of CSI, while small, is extremely active. You may want to contact them. Also, RISD is in Providence as you no doubt realize, and there may be activities around that campus that would help you connect. Plus, Boston is only about 40 minutes away. Our CSI chapter meetings are the first Wednesday of each month in downtown Boston, practically next door to South Station, so you could easily come in by train.
