Is anyone else experiencing "compatibility" problems between Masterspec and Word 2007, where text disappears in the "print view" and appears in the "draft view"? Arcom admits there is a problem with something about the macro for hidden text, i.e. Editor's Notes, but is not sure how to fix it. Their suggestion is to work only in the "draft view". Has anyone found a better solution? |

We have been using Word 2007 for some time now and have not experienced the problem. Are you sure that your Word settings are correct? |

With which paragraph styles does this problem occur? Some styles are intended to be hidden text and therefore are not printed, by default, unless you turn on the printing of hidden text. You can contact ARCOM support via support [at] arcomnet [dot] com. |

I am not certain this is a Masterspec issue. I have experienced the same situation in other documents where entire paragraphs or the start or end of a paragraph that extends to the next page may be "lost" in the print display mode. I just chalk it up to a Microsoft quirk and move on. |

I have had what David describes occur. I click page-up then page-down to force a redisplay. |
