Wayne Watson, FCSI, FCSC, passed away 27 January 2019. Wayne developed CONSPEC and made significant contributions to SpecText and MasterFormat. He was the first person to become a Fellow of both CSI and CSC. See his CSI biography at http://fcsinet.org/bios/WatsonW.pdf.
