The College of Fellows regrets to report the passing of Eugene Cottrell, FCSI, on 13 March 2017. Cottrell, Class of 1980, was active in the Sacramento Chapter and the West Region in the 1970s. He was the first recipient of the Sacramento Chapter's highest award, the Tony Schiro Award.
