I'm working on a project and wonder if there's a separate Masterformat 95 section number assigned for steel flammable storage cabinets as those used in laboratories or should I just include that information in section 12353 Laboratory Casework. Thanks for your help!

We include it in the casework section. You usually want it to match the casework and it probably will be furnished by the casework manufacturer anyway.

I write a lot of specs for high school and college laboratories and for the section number/title I use:

123554 Safety Storage Cabinets.

It's not a true MF'04 number or title. It's a subcategory under 123553 Laboratory Casework and I eliminate the ".##"
