I was asked to put in a proposal for writing specs for a bank tenant improvement project in San Francisco. Is there anything unusual regarding California laws that I should be aware of? Since this is a straight forward TI project I do not anticipate anything unusual but just thought that I would ask. I do not want any rude surprises! David G. There are significant code changes in the 2013 CBC. You should do a web search for the many lists showing the changes. |

CalGreen! Full of all sorts of fun things, like mandatory Irrigation commissioning. The good news is that now (2013) California follows the federal accessibility standards....mostly. |
