After questioning Scranton Products about their toilet partitions (hiny hiders)and not getting proper answers, I sending them my spec and I received the following email;

My Name,

Scranton Products can Supply toilet partitions to meet or exceed the specifications for (my project) with the following exceptions:

Our Stainless Steel shoes are type 304, 20 gauge with a Satin finish on all exposed surfaces. These shoes have not been tested in accordance with the ASTM A666. This test is not an Industry standard for plastic toilet partitions.

Our Stainless steel components are not fabricated to comply with NAAMM's "Metal Finishes for Architectural and Metal Products" for recommendations relative to applying and designing finishes. This test is not a industry standard for plastic toilet partitions.

Thanks

Xxxx Xxxxxxx
Scranton Products, (Santana/Comtec/Capitol)

As you may have guessed, I am not allowing hiny hiders on my projects.
