Is there a way, using Word 2013, to automatically number with leading zeros (for example 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 .....1.09, 1.10, 1.11.....) Thanks. David G. Axt, CCS, CSI, SCIP Specifications Consultant/Web Publisher www.localproductreps.com |

See www.northstarcsi.com/GUIBytes/gui0205-specprocessor01.htm. Automatic numbering is in part 9. I'll send you a spec section that has that article numbering format. The article was written for a previous version of Word, but most of it still applies. |

It connect with styles. If you want I can send you a template .docx file with automatic CSI standard numbering. The paragraph style names match MasterSpec. |

I did a little reverse engineering of Sheldon's spec. Word must have recently added the 1.01 number style to multilevel list because I don't remember that feature. Thanks for everyone's help. David G. Axt, CCS, CSI, SCIP Specifications Consultant/Web Publisher www.localproductreps.com |
