I have been going round and round with tech Arcom tech support about a problem I have been having with MasterWorks. Basically my ParagraphBuilder Word add-in would not load. I tried reinstalling MasterWorks several times to no avail. Finally last night I stumbled upon this webpage and followed the instructions. It worked like a charm! https://support.netdocuments.com/entries/26743674-Changing-the-Load-Behavior-of-the-Office-Application-Integration-add-ins David G.
