I would like one big enough that I can fit an entire sheet on the screen without having to scroll left and right to read notes (which are often on the right side). It needs to be big enough that I can read the notes without to much strain. 32"? 37"? 40"? You could even email yourself a sample PDF, use your webmail account to access it on the demo machine. That will give you a really nice idea of just how much screen 27" can be.
