Can somebody please send me a copy of their specification sections for "I Don't Know" and "To Be Determined"? Lately my projects seem to include those items. I am not exactly sure their specific MasterFormat numbers but they seem to be frequently in Division 09 - Finishes.

Thanks!

There are many open slots after 00 3100 Available Project Information. So use new number 00 3200 Unavailable Project Information.

I have a sample at my desk of the ugliest plastic laminate ever made. It is Christmas themed with little Santas, Reindeer and Sleighs on a green background - like Christmas wrapping paper from a generation ago.

I suggest to undecided designers that I can use that as a placeholder.

Dave has covered the known unknown items. Perhaps 00 03300 Unknown Unavailable Project Information.

Steven, I wish I could get a sample of that plastic laminate, or at least an image of it, to use to 'encourage' my designers.

Although it is not an official MasterFormat section name, I have often though that "Do What I Mean" should be an important Section in any set of Construction Documents. Perhaps a Division 17 Section would be appropriate.
