Has anybody heard of a product that is injected like epoxy but is a foam and is used in structural repairs?

Structural reapirs in what (concrete?) Epoxy (and urethanes) can generally both become foams with the addition of water to the reaction. I think what you mean to say is you're looking for an epoxy concrete repair product that uses foaming to disperse(?)
