Is there anyone that specializes in, or can direct me to someone, or firm that can assist in the preparation of these documents?

AIA Masterspec has several, if you are a subscriber. The Masterspec Architectural Review Committee (I'm a member) just completed a review of them two weeks ago, so updates to them will be issued in a few months.

I can, but not now. I'm working in New Orleans and do not expect to be in a position to take on new work until July.

However, whether you can wait, or need the names of some firms that are capable and have solid experience with historic buildings, drop me an email directly. johncallanaia@visi.com
