Does anyone know the term that describes the half-round windows above a door? I've tried a few dictionaries without success.

Many call these "radius" windows. I think "half-round" is also perfectly okay--who would be confused by that?

It sounds like you're referring to an "arched transom" frame. We can make the door & frame arched or just the frame.

Palladian windows is an alternate name for 1/2 round top windows used either singly or in combination with other rectangular windows.

"PALLADIAN" A generic term for the form characterized by a round-arched opening usulally flanked by narrower, square-top openings beyond slender mullions. In the manner of Andrea Palladio, an Italian architect of 1518-1580.
