Anyone can tell me what is this and why if it is more permeable than 100% acrylic paint for exterior application over cement plaster (stucco)? |

Trivia: TNEMEC is cement spelled backwards. Buried in their line of high-performance coatings is the original portland cement based paint upon which the company was founded, still produced the last time I checked. |
