Have any of you ever used Total Flash in your projects before? One of our project team members was asking about it but I've never specified it. Also, is anyone out there aware of any competitors that have similar assembled drainage systems for cavity walls?

Hi Stephen,

I have specified the Total Flash system for brick veneer masonry cladding on several projects over the past several years without issue and will continue to specify.

You can also check out https://www.yorkflashings.com/products/flash-vent-stainless-steel/?type=commercial

Just remember that the weep material is great for getting rid of water out of the cavity, but does not replace cavity weeps and vents for the purpose of back venting the brick.

Very true but your question was "Have any of you ever used Total Flash in your projects before?"

My answer was: Yes.

Not sure what you mean Wayne...I was answering Stephen's second question.
