Any recommednations for a conductive floor coating for an industrial application?

Can this be installed over another coating already in place?

I have used Dex-O-Tex "Conductive Cheminert" flooring before, with good results. It was over new concrete, so I am not sure about the existing floor conditions you have, but the epoxy bonds tenaciously.

There are also conductive (or static-dissipative) vinyl tiles and sheet goods.

Your client may have very specific requirements that need to be met. Check the programatic requirements first.

And... there are differences between the conductive and the static-dissipative types. If your client is very specific, make sure you follow their direction. If not, make sure you have other requirements covered (like grounding).
