I am looking for information about security bars for a window. I need to add it to a commercial project, one window. I have no idea how these would be installed. To be honest, I really know nothing about these.

I searched the Forum and only found some thread about security bars in HVAC.

My experience is that these are typically custom fabricated per project, though there may be a company out there that has some standard, but customizable units, to fit. And specified in the Metal Fabrications Section.
My "burglar bars" spec for RTU's had 5/8-inch diameter smooth bars at 6-inch-OC each way, welded to an angle frame to anchor them to a substrate. But you might want equivalent size bolts into CMU or concrete, depending on the needs. Add finish, and some installation requirements, and you got it!
