I suspect that it does not exist as a manufacturered product, and will require a fire retardant coating to achieve any flamespread.

Peg board is probably a pressed board like Masonite, and the number of projects requiring a fire rated, fire retardant, material are very few and thus not conducive to manufacturing.

I suggest you contact a coating supplier like Arch and see what they suggest.

Are you looking for the masonite type pegboard or laboratory pegboard? Inter Dyne has a stainless steel laboratory pegboard. But if you're looking for the masonite type, that doesn't help you much ...

Have you looked to American Hardboard Association at www.hardboard.org?

You could ask them or contact any of the member manufacturers to ask the question.

TREPSA Solid Composite Panels can be fabricated into pegboards (offered through a variety of fabricated/laboratory product dealers). All TRESPA grades of panels: Top Lab, Athlon, Virtuon in 5/8" thickness and greater (3/4" typical for pegboards)are Class A/Class I fire rated and are UL Classifed.
