Need help!

We suscribe to MasterSpecs and need to access (electronically) the comments explaining what the various choices are. I know it's there because I've accessed it before, but cannot find it anymore.

Anyone out there knows, I'd appreciate.

I'd also like to access their website if anyone has the address.

Gerard,

Did you reinstall Masterworks when you received your updated CD?

Did you install FolderRunner 1.1 SCIP Version from Kalin Associates Inc.? If you installed it as instructed, it is now the default and it replaces your Masterworks icon. Go into Tools/Templates and Add-ins and click FolderRunner.dot off and your Masterworks icon will reappear.

From within your word processor, supporting documents are only available through the Masterworks item on your menu toolbar.

You need to install Masterworks from the ARCOM cd and be sure to select the checkbox to install the supporting documents. The installation is not automatic when you insert the cd. You need to navigate the cd to find the Mworks folder, select the right operating system folder, then run the setup.exe file.

Do you find the supporting documents to be really helpful?
