Here's the construction: Concrete over metal deck over grade beams (over a fake lake). The ocncrete will be a split slab construction with waterproofing. Here's the question - if a fluid applied waterproofing system is used, does it need to comply qith IEQ 4.2? If so, what is the VOC limit? |

The answer is no. LEED does not address waterproofing. The list of things the credit does address is very explicit. Anyone can download the rating system(s) for free and read the requirements. |
